1. The product

Vaslap datasets are compilations of geospatial location data collected from publicly available business listings and enriched through our own validation workflows. What you purchase is a licence to the compiled, structured dataset, not to any underlying third-party platform content.

2. Licence

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, each purchase grants a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal business use by the purchasing organisation. You may not resell, republish or redistribute the raw dataset, in whole or in part, without written permission. Derived works, analyses, maps, reports and models, may be used and published freely.

3. Accuracy

We apply automated validation and manual review, and publish a data-quality scorecard with every dataset. Retail networks change constantly, however, and we do not warrant that every record is current or error-free. Datasets are provided "as is"; the published scorecard and free sample define what you can expect.

4. Trademarks

All brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners, are used strictly for identification, and imply no endorsement or affiliation.

5. Refunds

Because a free sample is available for every dataset, purchases are generally non-refundable once the full download link has been delivered. If the delivered file materially differs from the sample structure, we will correct it or refund you.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
